Tuotu Help!!

hi, I have uninstalled Tuotu from my computer but it still pops up eevrytime i start up my computer. Can anyone help me with this????
It just seems to stay on forever!!

Never use Tuotu before   i recommend Bitcomet.

start->Run->msconfig->startup->disable toutu

tuotu is a combined shit. you can use different download tools in different sections.
