付款了之后收到的赞助码无效

我买了个三个月的赞助会员，昨天晚上三点零三分付的款，但是没有生成码，我反馈邮箱之后收到了回复的赞助码，但是输入之后显示赞助码无效。但是不是这个号的邮箱，我买了一个邀请码注册了个普通会员来反馈的，要怎么解决这个事情呢？
