21岁老梦遗然后尿急

本人男，今年21，我没有打过飞机，但是一个月会有几次梦遗，然后每次梦遗都会被尿憋醒，因为不打飞机，就没有射过，所以不知道会不会射完就尿急，但每次梦遗都会被尿憋醒，然后就去上厕所，每次都能尿出来，就算我晚上睡觉前上过厕所了，梦遗的话还是会被尿憋醒，想问一下这是不是不正常，已经好几年了。
