方法合适的话，自慰是能够增强性功能的，很多延时训练都有用自慰锻炼控制射精。
但方法不对的话，一是想尽快爽，或者紧张，就会形成习惯性早泄。还有性欲不太强的时候强行手淫，因为用手不完全勃起也能高潮，还可能导致习惯性阳痿。
